About the role

Ready to lead the next wave of innovation? We are seeking a Tech Principal to be a crucial catalyst in our consultancy team. This is your chance to bridge business strategy with next-gen tech, moving beyond traditional architecture to build human-centric, AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems. This is a dual-impact role where you will have:

• 80% of client work: You will lead technical customer engagements as a Principal Architect or Developer, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions that exceed expectations.

• 20% of business development: You will contribute to our growth by supporting sales, crafting new service offerings, and creating high-value delivery assets that accelerate value for our clients.

What you'll do

You will lead solution architecture for complex, multi-cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with a primary focus on Cloud Native modernization and Infrastructure as Code. In addition to architectural leadership, you will design and build tailored AI solutions ranging from Enterprise AI Agent Platforms to multi-agent workflows and RAG-based systems.

Your technical expertise will be instrumental in supporting the sales team to win new engagements and nurture strategic client relationships. You will also play a key role in crafting the services and offerings that define how we deliver data and AI value in 2026 and beyond.

As a mentor and leader within the community, you will drive innovation and share knowledge across our cross-competence teams. When a project demands it, you are ready to get your hands dirty with production-grade code and modern DevOps or MLOps pipelines to ensure successful delivery.

We hope you bring:

• 10+ years of work experience in digital service development, cloud engineering, and AI/Machine Learning.

• Deep Cloud Expertise: You likely hold advanced certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect.

• GenAI & Agent Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience with tools like OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangChain, or CrewAI.

• Strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, and modern data stacks like Databricks and Snowflake.

• Consultant & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in consultative selling and leading development teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication & Leadership: The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and a history of successful training delivery.

• Fluent professional skills in English and Finnish languages.

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits. For this role, the on-target compensation varies between 6321-9831€ on a monthly basis depending on the career level.

   A deep dive into your technical skills with two of our developers. You can bring your own code to discuss or complete one of our pre-assignments of your choice. We’ll review your problem-solving approach and previous projects together.

3. Role, expectations & projects interview (60 min, live or Google Meet)
   A conversation focusing on your potential role, expectations, and upcoming projects. This interview is typically with your potential supervisor and a Principal-level team member.
