About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our recruitment team and play a key role in building top-level expertise across Futurice..
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers, owning end-to-end recruitment processes for highly specialized expert roles. Many of these recruitments require a proactive approach, including headhunting and direct search, so we are looking for someone who is confident operating in demanding and sometimes complex talent markets.
This position can be based in either our Helsinki or Tampere office. The majority of the recruitments are focused on the Nordic region, with the opportunity to gradually expand your scope to other countries as our business and talent needs evolve.
We work in a hybrid model, and regular presence at your chosen home office (Helsinki or Tampere) is an expected part of the role. Our team’s shared practice is to work together from the office at least once a week to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team connection.
What we expect from you
At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in expert- or senior-level roles
Proven experience in demanding specialist recruitments, including end-to-end ownership and proactive headhunting / sourcing
Experience from tech and/or data & AI consulting is a strong plus (or at least a solid understanding of these domains)
Ability to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit in a consulting environment
A self-driven mentality and readiness to manage diverse tasks simultaneously
Fluent Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, talent development, or capability building
– this is highly relevant in this role, as the work is closely connected to growing and developing competencies across the company, not just hiring

Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for key expert roles
Partnering with leaders to understand current and future capability needs
Actively sourcing and engaging top talent through headhunting
Contributing to broader discussions around skills growth, learning, and long-term talent strategy

Compensation
Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
