We are looking for a talented Business Insight & AI Consultant to join our dynamic Strategy & Renewal team—and grow with us! This role is at the intersection of business, data and AI, combining analytical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver impactful business outcomes for our clients. About the role
As a Business Insight & AI Consultant, You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analysis skills and business case calculations to guide decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. Your interest lies in utilizing the newest AI-tools in your work. You will also consult our clients in identifying use cases for AI and help them apply AI based technologies in value creation across their business. Your contributions will span a variety of industries, offering diverse and rewarding challenges with some of Finland’s largest companies.

Key responsibilities
Contribute to assessing the current state of businesses by providing data analysis and business case calculations
Analyze business problems and opportunities, integrating both strategic advisory and data-driven insights.
Recognize which AI tools on the market can be utilized and where, what are their possibilities and limitations and when to move towards a custom built solution
Collaborate with clients to define data requirements, project objectives, and deliverables.
Collect, clean, and analyze datasets, uncovering trends and actionable insights.
Develop and implement data based solutions to support decision-making.
Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist in defining and aligning digital, data, and AI strategies with business goals.
Conduct data / AI maturity assessments
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies, applying best practices in your projects.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking an individual with a unique blend of business acumen and data expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
Business skills
2-5 years of experience in business analysis / consulting.
Ability to assess and communicate business needs.
Familiarity with business design methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Experience working in a project team.
Good communication skills and ability to charm our clients.
Strong drive and ownership mindset. Ability to take initiatives forward and see them through to completion.
Enthusiastic about AI (LLMs) technology and tools development and trends.
Data & analytical skills
Hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and modeling using some of the tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
Understanding of prompt engineering, as well as crafting, refining and optimizing prompts for large language models to achieve high quality responses.
Some exposure to understanding of statistical concepts and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
General qualifications:
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English.

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
