About the role

• Lead AI Engagements: Take ownership of complex AI projects from kick-off to deployment, leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists.

• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate client business goals into technical requirements and vice versa. Steer technical decisions to prioritize speed-to-value.

• Drive Transformation: Go beyond the build by helping clients operationalize AI, advising on governance, ethics, organizational change, and process redesign.

• Co-create Winning Proposals: Support the sales process by consulting during the proposal phase—scoping opportunities, defining value propositions, and structuring roadmaps.

• Implement a Product Management Mindset: Manage the backlog and roadmap of projects, making prioritization decisions to focus on the highest-value activities.

• Lead by Example: Demonstrate high AI fluency by leveraging AI tools in your own work and demoing concepts and workflows.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.

• The “get it done” attitude

• Strong background in digital consulting, product management, or technical project management

• Strong AI & tech literacy, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and cloud ecosystems

• Strategic pragmatism and ability to separate hype from value

• Experience guiding digital or cultural transformation

• Fluent Swedish and English

• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, sprints, and steering meetings

• Experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment

• A portfolio of side projects or workflows using Generative AI

• Experience in change management or organizational design

Compensation

Your compensation package will be discussed during the recruitment process. Our salary model is based on skills, responsibilities, and impact, with a fixed salary and the possibility of performance-based bonuses.
