You likely have:
Several years of experience in a strategic, coaching-oriented HR Business Partner role, working closely with senior leaders
Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in total
A higher education degree
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people topics with business priorities
Experience in leadership development, performance management and organisational capability building
Understanding of budgeting, workforce planning and development programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What makes you successful in this role
You are confident working independently and partnering with leaders in a fast-moving environment. You are able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution, and you enjoy helping leaders grow while ensuring that people practices support business goals.
You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to build trust, ask the right questions and challenge thinking when needed. You are comfortable operating close to the business and contributing to both daily people support and long-term organisational development.
