Marketing Lead
If you’re ready to start the next chapter in your career journey, you’ve come to the right place.
Join us!
We are looking for a Marketing Lead, Nordics to join Futurice’s Nordic marketing team. The application period closes on September 30, 2026.
About the role
In this role, you will strengthen Futurice’s position, relevance, and visibility across the Nordics. Your responsibilities include market positioning and insight, PR, thought leadership, content, partnerships, and marketing development in Sweden and potential new markets.
You will work as an equal peer with our other Nordics Marketing Lead. Together, you will own the Nordic marketing strategy, program portfolio, and budget. This is a hands-on role where you will both shape the direction and personally deliver selected programs in close collaboration with business leaders, sales, experts, partners, and global marketing teams.
The position is based in Helsinki. We work in a hybrid model, with regular office presence expected to support collaboration and connection across the organization.
What we expect from you
Several years of experience in senior B2B marketing, communications, or a related role
Experience in market positioning, PR, thought leadership, content, or market development
The ability to connect market and customer insight with business priorities and practical marketing activities
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong ownership
Confidence collaborating with business leaders, sales, experts, agencies, and other marketing professionals
Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish; Swedish and experience in international or new-market marketing are considered advantages
We do not expect one person to have identical experience in every area. We are interested in the combination of expertise, judgment, and practical working style you would bring to the role.
What you’ll be doing
Jointly shaping the Nordic marketing strategy, annual priorities, program portfolio, and budget with the other Marketing Lead
Strengthening Futurice’s Nordic positioning through market and customer insight, clear messaging, and credible proof
Owning Nordic PR, media relations, and the development of executives and experts as external voices
Setting the direction for Nordic thought leadership and managing the content pipeline across Finnish, Swedish, and English
Owning the Sweden marketing roadmap and supporting the evaluation and development of potential new Nordic markets
Developing and delivering selected marketing programs with business stakeholders, sales, and Futurice’s experts
Identifying and managing relevant partnerships, industry platforms, and external visibility opportunities
Defining Nordic website content, localization, and market requirements in collaboration with the other Marketing Lead and the global digital marketing team
What success looks like in this role
During your first months, you will:
Build effective working relationships with the other Marketing Lead, Nordic Growth, sales, business stakeholders, and Futurice’s expert community
Take ownership of the positioning, PR, thought leadership, content, and partnership portfolio
Develop a clear understanding of Futurice’s current position, target audiences, and market opportunities in Finland and Sweden
Establish priorities for the Sweden marketing roadmap and potential new-market activities
Translate agreed Nordic priorities into a focused and realistic portfolio of programs and investments
Establish clear ways of working with the PR agency, external partners, and global marketing team
Compensation
You will join Futurice at an important point in the development of our Nordic marketing. The role offers broad responsibility and the opportunity to connect positioning, thought leadership, and market development directly with business growth.
You will work with experts across technology, design, data, AI, and strategy. You will have the opportunity to shape what Futurice is known for, help experts turn their knowledge into relevant external perspectives, and support growth in both established and developing markets.
Our benefits include:
A hybrid work model that supports flexibility and collaboration
Your choice of work equipment, including a laptop, phone, tablet, and headphones
Sports and lunch benefits
Comprehensive occupational health care and additional health insurance
Futurice clubs and recreational activity groups
Learning events and internal professional communities
You will receive both local and global onboarding, as well as support from your own Futubuddy. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Onboarding Camp.
We offer a fixed salary, with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
For this role, the gross monthly base salary ranges from 4792€ to 5267€, depending on your experience and demonstrated capabilities within the level. The complete compensation package will be discussed during the recruitment process.
